ACT NOW! - these are your tasks: Disposition of planon assignments and maintenance of master data Organisation and appointment of training and events Support in personnel management and onboarding Ordering equipment and vehicles Protocol management and follow-up of tasks

Your profile - you should bring: Closed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial businessman/wife, real estate businessman/wife or comparable Professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in facility management or in a similar environment Secure handling of MS Office and SAP, knowledge in a CAFM system such as Planon are advantageous Communicative personality with joy of teamwork Responsible, service-oriented and independent operation Good knowledge of German (min. B1)
