For our Infrastructure & Documentation department at our site in Essen we are looking for the next time:

Facility Manager (m/w/d) Support in proper building operation and independent implementation of small repair, repair and maintenance work Support in cases of warranty, maintenance management and regular handling of technical equipment Participation in moving management, room changes in meeting and training rooms as well as operation of building technology and access control systems Support and representation in internal mail processing, fleet management and winter service tasks Support in the distribution of tasks and cooperation with internal areas and external service providers

Successfully completed artisanal vocational training, preferably in the field of electrical engineering, refrigeration technology or a comparable technical field Practical professional experience in the field of domestic engineering as well as in the operation and monitoring and supervision of technical buildings Nominal experience in cooperation and coordination of external service providers, including instruction, coordination and control of the services performed First knowledge of technical and construction fire protection Organisational capacity, independent working, team capacity and strong service and service orientation Safe handling of current MS Office applications readiness for a seven-day readiness and use of your own car
