Technical Manager Underwater Situation (m/f/d)

Responsibility for development performance in the project sequence with regard to dates, quality, process maintenance and costs Coordination and commissioning of work orders for development performance with the other project roles involved and monitoring the progress of the project in terms of timetable, quality, process conformity and budget Implementation and organisation of technical risk management, including planning, monitoring and control of mitigation measures and evaluation of their effectiveness Coordination and technical guidance of the project team as well as definition of specifications and methods for development in the project sequence Coordination and moderation of technical solutions and concepts with customer representatives and the needs of product management

Successfully completed studies in computer science, natural sciences or engineering, or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in managing IT projects Knowledge in the field of SONAR or (tactical) navigation German language skills and good English skills in word and writing Structured and independent mode of operation, high degree of self-initiative and persistence as well as a safe occurrence with pronounced team and communication skills
