These are your tasks Asset consulting: You will learn all about the holistic support of our business & corporate customers regarding private and commercial asset management. Strategic asset planning: Your focus is on tailor-made solutions in asset structure, incl. Topics such as generation and real estate management, the creation and evaluation of balance sheets and the development of asset strategies. Acquise: You actively speak new customers: You develop customer relationships, for example as part of visits, events and conferences. Product range: You will learn and advise all products related to the passive business, the securities business and the private pension. Internal interfaces: Demand-oriented cooperation with internal specialist:inside as well as the company and business customer service:inside. We wish Educational path: you have a training as a bank merchant or Banking businesswoman or an economics studies completed (or are a few months before graduation) as well as a readiness for further education for issues in asset management. Experience: You have first professional experience in consulting and supporting corporate customers, ideally in the financial sector. Securities knowledge: You have a great interest as well as knowledge about the topic of securities and are motivated to deepen your knowledge. Personality: You have a strong sales orientation and have a sovereign, professional appearance. Mobility: You can use a private car for trips within your area of use (travel costs are refunded). Flexibility: You have the willingness and opportunity to adapt to our customers in terms of working hours - including participation in events. You can expect from us An annual salary between 48,000 - 79,000 Euro (TVöD-S, pay group 8 to 10) including special payments, tailored to your relevant professional experience and qualification 39 working hours per week, flexible working hours The possibility of working up to 40% hybrid after incorporation 32 days holiday, additionally free of work on 24th and 31st December as well as special holidays for special occasions An onboarding tailored to you, incl.
