Head of Quality Assurance (m/f/d)

You bear the overall responsibility for the quality assurance of the entire plant.

You are responsible for ensuring product quality to customers and act as the first contact person in quality issues.

You control supplier quality, from selection to process monitoring and bear responsibility for the product quality of the suppliers.

You conduct and accompany cross-departmental quality projects for continuous improvement.

You plan and conduct internal and external audits (e.g. according to ISO 9001/TS 16949) and consistently follow derived correction and improvement measures.

You manage the budget of quality costs, identify savings potentials and develop corresponding strategies.

You optimise and document existing and implement new quality processes to increase efficiency.

You maintain an intensive and constructive network to customers and suppliers.

You conduct and develop the entire quality team at the site in a professional and disciplinary manner.

You have successfully completed a technical study (e.g. mechanical engineering, industrial engineering) or an equivalent specialist training.

You bring a professional and leadership experience in the quality sector that is appropriate for the position, preferably in the automotive environment (user vehicles).

You have well-founded knowledge in quality management, in manufacturing measurement technology, in manufacturing technologies and in statistics and product liability.

You master the method skills for quality planning, monitoring and problem solving (e.g. 8D report, FMEA).

You know the ISO 9001/IATF 16949 standards - ideally you already have experience in their application.

You communicate in word and writing in German and English.

You are characterized by a methodological, independent and creative way of working together with high flexibility.

You have a pronounced problem solving capability and strong communication skills.
