Here is more information about our Benefits Your profile For this role we are looking for personalities that combine professional depth with entrepreneurial thinking and have the pleasure not only to advise customers but to actively convince them and to shape sustainable solutions. Requirements include: Multiannual experience (typically 5+ years) in consulting in the SAP SuccessFactors or HCM environment as well as a thorough understanding of HR processes and their imaging in complex system landscapes. Experience or clear interest in sales-related topics, especially in presales and supply processes. Safe and sovereign appearance at decision-making level, coupled with the ability to convey complex technical and technical content clearly, structured and address-oriented. First to well-founded experience in presales, offering or acquisition processes, ideally in the context of consulting or transformation projects. Extensive understanding of end-to-end processes, integrations and relationships in HR IT landscapes and the ability to derive sustainable solutions from them. Very good German knowledge for secure communication with our customers as well as readiness for project-dependent customer appointments.
