Your task For further professionalization and sustainable growth of the vitronet Consult GmbH, we are looking for an entrepreneurially shaped managerial personality that strategically develops and expands the planning business significantly.

The vitronet Consult GmbH is a subsidiary of the vitronet Group specializing in the planning, documentation, calculation and measurement of fiber and energy infrastructures. The company accompanies projects along the entire planning process – from design and approval planning to management and planning information to execution planning and digital documentation.

You take over the overall strategic and operational responsibility for the vitronet Consult GmbH and report directly to the management of the vitronet Group. You actively develop the business model and market positioning of the company. You are responsible for the active expansion of the distribution of planning services – both within the vitronet group and externally on the market. You identify and unlock new business potentials, use your network specifically for project acquisition and lead them to a successful conclusion. You build resilient customer relationships at decision-making level and develop them in the long term. You develop the vitronet Consult specifically in relevant customer segments and build sustainable market shares. You translate customer requirements into economically viable planning services and ensure quality, efficiency and scalability. You strengthen the integration of planning into projects within the vitronet group and act as a connecting interface between internal units and external customers.

You have a relevant training or study in a professionally appropriate environment or a comparable qualification – your well-founded practical experience is crucial to us. You bring multi-year experience in the planning of fiber, energy or supply infrastructures and know the requirements of practice. You have evolved towards sales, business development or entrepreneurial responsibility and have proven successes. You recognize market potentials, develop them in a structured manner and execute projects safely to completion. You have a resilient network at decision-making level and build long-term customer relationships. You master planning processes along the entire project life cycle and can evaluate and control them economically. You combine technical understanding with entrepreneurial thinking and economic control skills. You bring leadership experience and are able to develop teams, structures and interfaces effectively.
