Developed as Product Engineer ServiceNow (w/m/d) in the IT Service Center department at Essen or Muttenz, you configure and operate our ServiceNow platform and actively shape digital service processes You analyze technical requirements together with the departments, translate them into technical concepts and develop suitable solutions for our internal processes and services You design and implement workflows, automations and integrations and develop individual solutions within the ServiceNow platform In close cooperation with Product Ownern, Service Ownern and other stakeholders, you will ensure stable, efficient and sustainable platform solutions Releases, Tests and Deployments You reliably accompany analysing error images and implements change requests structuredly In addition, you can secure a stable platform operation including monitoring, provide technical documentation and actively contribute to projects and technical developments
