Proper and timely implementation of monthly pay billing Maintenance and testing of personnel master files and accounting data and ensuring correct processing Processing of all billing-relevant changes, e.g. incoming and outgoing, salary changes, mistakes, surcharges, special payments and other variable pay components Support of upstream and downstream processes of payment accounting Processing of reporting and certification Communication with health insurance funds, authorities, social security institutions and other external bodies Person responsible for employees and executives in matters relating to salary, payroll, social security and pay tax issues Implementation of plausibility checks and checks on billing data and clarification of disagreements Creation of evaluations and reports
