Your duties

Implementation of maintenance and housing Assessment of the entire technical condition of buildings and apartments Development of measures for the maintenance/modernisation programme Acceptance of tendering, awarding, billing and acceptance of works

Completed (special) university studies in the technical field or state-tested technician/master Professional experience, preferably in real estate, focus on residential properties Very good VOB knowledge Quality and cost-conscious work as well as pronounced service and customer orientation Binding and safe occurrence and very good expression in word and writing Good communication skills in handling internal customers and external contractual partners Good knowledge of MS Office applications as well as possession of a class B licence
