Independent processing of urban planning and urban planning tasks in the multi-project „Zukunft der Städtische Bühnen Frankfurt“ Technical support, coordination and quality assurance of urban development, planning and competition procedures Control and coordination of internal and external project participants and relevant disciplines (including urban planning, architecture, free space planning and transport) Examination, evaluation and further development of design and planning results to ensure high urban quality Participation in planning, approval and, where appropriate, construction planning procedures and analysis of planning and urban planning issues Preparation and monitoring of votes with authorities, specialist offices, political bodies and other stakeholders Creation of decision bases, opinions, presentations, reports and technical recommendations for project management and management Coordination, documentation and quality assurance of planning and coordination processes Support for internal and external communication and public relations on urban issues Acquisition of other technical and organisational tasks within the framework of the multi-project

Successfully completed study of urban planning, urban planning, architecture or a comparable discipline At least ten years of relevant professional experience in urban planning, urban planning or comparable complex planning processes Multiannual experience in controlling and coordinating demanding urban projects, ideally on the building site or in the public environment Experience gained in the preparation, implementation and support of realisation competitions and comparable competition procedures Very good knowledge of urban planning, urban planning and architectural planning and development processes Experience in approval, coordination and planning procedures and ideally in building planning procedures Good knowledge of planning, construction and environmental law; Knowledge of the relevant rules (especially HOAI, VOB, VgV and AHO) is advantageous Experience in cooperation with authorities, specialist offices, political bodies and other project participants Expressed analytical, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation and high self-initiative and self-employment Sovereign appearance, pronounced communication and coordination skills as well as excellent German knowledge in word and writing High social competence, team skills, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility and discretion Willingness to take over other technical and organisational tasks
