Number: V000070811 What tasks do you expect? As a working student HR Business Partner (d/m/w/x), you will get valuable insights into the work of HR Business Partners (d/m/w/x) and support managers and employees. The administrative implementation of various personnel measures and the creation of concepts, presentations and other HR documents (e.g. Excel lists, reportings) are your tasks. In the day-to-day operating business, you will get to know the processes and provide active support while working on smaller projects independently. Communication materials for project topics and HR processes are designed by you, and you prepare HR meetings as well as workshops, including appointment coordination and content preparation of the agenda. Finally, you contribute to controlling the annual HR processes and actively participate in diverse projects.

How do you fit into our team? You study work and organizational psychology, BWL, communication sciences, law, or a similar subject. With your passion for HR topics and your creative ideas, you enrich our team and ideally have already gained first experiences in the HR environment. Good MS Office skills and the ability to work quickly into new themes and systems are a feature. A high sense of responsibility for the tasks entrusted to you is obvious to you. Very good German skills complete your profile and make you a valuable addition to our team.
