Part-time Product Manager / Product Developer Insurance (18 hours/week) (m/f/d)

Together with our departments, you are responsible for the development and further development of our products in the business areas of living, lifestyle and mobility. You develop innovative insurance solutions – from securing real estate loans and energy recovery to lifestyle products to mobility solutions. You control cooperation with internal and external stakeholders and bring together different requirements in a targeted manner. You can communicate safely at all decision-making levels. You accompany our products from the first idea, the conception and implementation to the market introduction and further development over the entire product life cycle. You create and answer product and printing documents, applications and insurance conditions and ensure their up-to-date, quality and freedom of error. You will develop competitive analyses and market trends to derive impulses for the further development of our product portfolio. Together with the participating departments, you develop innovative solutions and promote the continuous optimization of our products and processes.

You have successfully completed a training as a businessman for insurance and financial investments (m/w/d), a bank businessman (m/w/d) or a (dual) study – for example in the area of risk & insurance, business management or a comparable field of expertise. Ideally, you already have professional experience in the product management of an insurance company or a comparable financial service provider. You are passionate about living, lifestyle and mobility and enjoy developing innovative insurance products in these business areas. You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially in Word, and are safe in the professional creation, structuring and quality assurance of product documents. You have a strong eye for details and work structured, carefully and quality-oriented. Error-free and professionally prepared documents are of course for you. You think analytically, work independently and keep an overview of complex issues. Communication strength, team spirit, organisational skills as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working characterise you. You want to take responsibility, introduce your ideas and actively shape the future of our products.
