Completed business studies with a focus on staff or alternatively completed training with first relevant professional experience or additional qualification in the personnel sector Knowledge of labour law and collective bargaining, preferably in TVöD-K, are desirable Safe handling of figures and a quick understanding of new issues Experience with time management or utility programs – ideally ATOSS – is desirable Structured, independent and service-oriented operation and high reliability Communication strength, friendly and binding appearance as well as joy at work in the team Very good MS Office knowledge

Compensation between EC 8 and EC 9a to TVöD-K For full-time employment, your gross annual salary will be between 43,983,00 and 61.956,00 Euros, depending on qualifications.
