Close cooperation with the department management as well as the acquisition of the professional representation for the tasks of your own team in absence. Support and coaching of the team: You share your knowledge, promote the further development and contribute your expertise to the entire staff management of the remuneration management and administration – including the independent accounting and supervision of your own staff. Develop and implement customer-oriented, efficient processes as well as active participation in the digitization of our personal processes. Engaged cooperation in projects in the HR environment and shaping the future of our department. Interface function to other teams within staff management and other departments for smooth cooperation in the house.

You can share your knowledge and experience with your team and support changes proactively. You have a commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification and multi-year, relevant experience in pay billing and staff administration as well as their interfaces. You are well familiar with the tax, social insurance and labour law frameworks and bring your well-founded knowledge into your daily work. We require a secure knowledge of public services and/or the collective agreement of countries (TV-L). Loga (P&I) and ATOSS are a real plus. You have an open ear and eye for legal or systemic changes and implement these foresighting and safe in the field. You have already gained experience in the project work in the HR environment and have taken over important key roles. Your strong team and communication skills, your excellent understanding of numbers and your high service orientation complete your profile.
