Responsibility for process development, industrialization and series transfer Planning and optimization of assembly, production and material flow processes Ensuring delivery, material supply, process quality and short throughput times Analysis of production characteristics and derivation and implementation of appropriate measures Developing standards, work plans and continuous improvements Leadership, training and further development of employees in the area of responsibility

Complete technical studies or master/technical qualification (e.g. mechanical engineering, production technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics) Multiannual leadership experience in industrial production Experience in process development, industrialization and production planning Kentnisse in assembly, production and material flow processes as well as in the handling of production key figures Methodology competence in Lean, CVP, Value Current and Shopfloor Management Structured, strong and decision-making leaders Very good communication in German and English (min. C1)
