Your tasks Costing of construction projects in railway construction taking into account technical and economic requirements Creation of market-oriented and cost-covering offers Analysis of tender documents and identification of optimization potentials Assessment of opportunities and risks in the supply phase Participation in bidder talks with clients Working in interdisciplinary project teams during the supply and execution phase Acquisition of subcontractors and suppliers in the costing phase Creation or participation in the creation of supplements Our contribution Ensuring punctuality in rail transport Contribution to the development of sustainable transport infrastructure Implementation of the Federal Government's billion-poor investment package in the coming years

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable qualification Junior: First practical experience (e.g. internships, work studies or entry into construction), ideally in earth, underground, road or rail construction Professional: Multiannual professional experience in calculation or alternatively as a construction manager (m/w/d), preferably in earth, underground, road or rail construction Expressed cost awareness and entrepreneurial thinking Self-employed, structured and targeted Analytical thinkability and the ability to grasp complex relationships Secure handling of MS Office; ideally knowledge of iTWO or comparable costing software Teamability, discretion and responsibility Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
