Higher education with focus on logistics, training or further education for the certified logistics master or comparable academic degree Long-standing professional experience in the logistics industry Experience in personnel management in a similar position High readiness to travel or willingness to work at different locations within Germany German and English skills Previous knowledge of the main QSHE instruments (Lean Management, Kaizen, Six Sigma) High communication capability, pronounced social and leadership competence and enforcement strength Innovative thinking and strong analysis and problem-solving strength Hands-on mentality and high sense of responsibility Germany-wide commitment
