Your post: You are responsible for the planning, implementation and controlling of innovative IT projects to implement state-of-the-art hospital information systems (KIS).

You run project teams, partners and third-party providers and coordinate project tasks and resources.

The development of steering committees, risk management, management reports and policy templates, taking into account any risks, is part of your daily business.

You are responsible for ensuring smooth communication and professional escalation and strategic customer development through C-Level Management.

The financial aspects of your projects, including budgeting and effective controlling, are monitored and controlled by you.

That's what you bring: Multiannual experience with complex digitalization projects in the clinic environment, ideally bringing expertise and process knowledge from the clinical environment as well as IPMA certification

Complete studies in a relevant field (e.g. economics, health management) or comparable qualification

Analytical, independent as well as structured and solution-oriented modes of operation characterize you as well as your enthusiasm for work in interdisciplinary teams and with our customers

Secure appearance and communication strength, both internally and with demanding customers, especially in C-level

Travel readiness and very good communication skills in German
