Market analysis: You test the Affiliate market, identify trends and potentials, and conduct sound analyses and concrete action recommendations. At the same time, you actively support the acquisition of new affiliate partners. Reporting: You’ll start regular reporting and estate-related evaluations that create transparency and serve as a basis for deciding how to further develop affiliate marketing. Partner support: You manage the advertising media in the affiliate network and are in direct one-to-one exchange with existing and potential affiliates – both in German and English. Action communication: You are responsible for the application of our upcoming shop actions via affiliate networks and data feeds and inform our publishers proactively. Affiliate Influencer: You enter our Performance Influencer program, identify and win new influencers, analyze their performance and reflect the continuous exchange to optimize cooperation. Network development: You test and release new publishers based on defined criteria and actively contribute to the conceptual development of our affiliate marketing.

Your educational path: You are studying business management, marketing, communication or a comparable degree course – or you are in a Gap Year and want to gain practical experience in performance marketing. Your strengths: You think analytically, work hard to pay, and are structuring to tasks. MS-Office uses you safely and efficiently, especially for evaluations and reporting. Your profile: You are passionate about performance and online marketing, have a good understanding of relevant KPIs and organize your tasks reliably. First experiences from an internship or a work student activity in online marketing are a plus, but no need.
