Pedagogical specialist (e.g. educators, nursesin, social educationin)

At the Joachim Schumann School in Babenhausen (integrated school) a pilot project starts, which rethinks school attendance: instead of individual support, you support all children who need help as a fixed part of the class team. No “special case” more-but lived inclusion in everyday school. The model is new in the county and builds on years of cooperation with the school. You work closely with teachers, are involved in the class team and make real change possible. Sounds exciting? Then apply now and create school!

How your day looks like • Accompaniment of the entire class in everyday school with a view to all children who need support • As a fixed reference, you strengthen the class network and are actively involved in the college • You promote the social, emotional and school development of children with creative and everyday methods • Close cooperation with teachers and external departments is just as important as short coordination in everyday life • Working with help plans and active participation of individual support strategies

We wish you • A pedagogical training e.g. B. as an educator, healer education teacher*in, social education (m/w/d) or comparable qualification • Ideally first experiences with children with disabilities-is not a must • Joy in working with children and openness for different needs • You trade independently, reliably and enjoy taking responsibility • Fun to actively shape inclusion together with a dedicated, multi-professional team
