Data Center Facility Manager / Building Technology Coordinator (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for the planning, coordination, implementation, refurbishment and reporting of the maintenance work in the data center and represent the Operations Manager. You manage the service management system in relation to all maintenance activities in the data center. You shall ensure the proper planning and implementation of maintenance measures in accordance with the Green Mountain guidelines and recommendations for all devices and infrastructure installed in the data center. You commission and coordinate services with external service providers, including the follow-up of work orders and service reports. You ensure the timely receipt and documentation of service reports as well as the collection and follow-up of relevant problems in the service management system. You focus on providing transparent customer information and minimizing the effects of maintenance work. You carry out follow-up meetings with suppliers after completed maintenance and take care of the implementation of improvement measures for future services. You are responsible for the management of the facilities in the service management system, including the maintenance of the database and the follow-up of the entire life cycle of the facilities, including the shutdown planning. You train technicians on site in the use of the service management system to ensure that all data is correct and up-to-date.

You have completed electrotechnical training and have completed a further training as master or technician (with 10-kV switching authorization). You have relevant professional experience in electronic maintenance and maintenance in critical infrastructures. You have first experiences in the environment of data centers. You were ideally able to gain experience in the professional leadership and coordination of an interdisciplinary team and understand how to motivate and further train them. You are familiar with qualitative work security measures that ensure the health of your team members. You are characterized by a high service orientation as well as a friendly and accommodating appearance in the inside and outside. In addition, you are characterized by a solution-oriented operation, communicate clearly and implement your tasks independently. Their knowledge of German and English is fluent in word and writing.
