Systeex Brandschutzsysteme GmbH is a medium-sized company headquartered in Hanau. With the Systeex brand, we are among the top 5 of our fire protection industry. We are represented in Germany with more than 20 locations, including our own pipe production in Elmenhorst. Our group includes five subsidiaries with a total of around 700 employees.

Systeex manufactures and installs sprinkler, spray water quenching, high-pressure water mist, special extinguishing and fire alarm systems. Our extensive range includes individual fire protection concepts as well as the maintenance and repair of all plants.

Examination, confirmation and booking of invoices Monitoring, tracking and clarification of open items Creation and processing of numbers Maintenance and management of creditor master files Close cooperation with the Debitor Department for preparing monthly and annual accounts Contact person (m/w/d)

(m/w/d) or a comparable qualification First professional experience required in creditor accounting Advantageous knowledge of turnover and income tax law Knowledge in the ERP system Nevaris desirable Safe handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel Structured, careful and self-responsible operation A good understanding and loadability Teamability and Communication Strength
