Here you have free lane to get in: In our 18-month trainee program starting from 01.06.2026, you will receive the necessary equipment for entering a promising project management career. Along the course of the project we give you comprehensive insights into the respective areas of sales, commercial, planning, construction, work preparation, purchasing and execution. During your trainee program, you build a network in the company and participate in internal and external training events (e.g., junior project manager training, VOB, contract law, negotiation management). After completion of the program, you take on interesting and challenging tasks in the project management: Management, monitoring and control of construction projects for our customer Deutsche Bahn AG Support in offering and project preparation Date and cost control of the projects (with budgetary responsibility) Implementation of project-related follow-up management Leadership of employees and project related entrepreneurs Preparation and participation in technical acceptances
