As a Production Assistant Intern, you'll be at the heart of this exciting journey, supporting the creation and coordination of compelling campaigns across multiple media channels. How you'll make an impact: Assist in producing high-quality advertising content that enhances trivago's brand presence across global Support the planning, coordination, and tracking of creative production projects to ensure timely delivery Help maintain production schedules, budgets, and deliverables to keep workflows running smoothly Ensure brand guidelines are consistent across all production assets Communicate with internal stakeholders to keep them informed of production progress and milestones Research and liaise with external vendors, including production companies, talent agencies, and freelancers What you'll need to thrive: Media production, film production, or creative project management Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment A proactive, problem-solving mindset with eagerness to take initiative and learn Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate seamlessly with multiple teams Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Some experience or coursework in production planning, content creation, or media workflows is a plus Familiarity with production tools, scheduling software, or editing programs is a bonus Availability to travel if needed Authorized to work in Germany as an Internal and available full-time (40 hours/week) for a 6 months What you will learn: How to support end-to-end creative production for digital and TV campaigns (from briefing to delivery) Practical experience with production workflows, schedules, budgets, and quality checks Hands-on use of Jira, Asana, Confluence, Slack, Spotbox, and OneDrive/SharePoint for tracking and documentation How to coordinate with creatives, producers, and cross-functional marketing teams (Digital Marketing, MSI, MARS, etc.) Basics of copywriting, design, motion design, and TVC production workflows, including shootings and adaptations How to manage resources, run small-scale production projects, and report on progress and outcomes Exposure to using generic AI within Brand & Creative Production Recruiting process for this role: Case Study Case Study Presentation + Technical Interview   What you can look forward to: As you grow so do we.
