You actively support customer advisors: in the hotline with focus on private composite and life insurance You advise private and commercial customers:in all customer segments You carry out the damage regulation in the private and commercial customer business independently and in the final analysis You are analysing competitor offers and you will start successful offers on our products You train customer advisors: in the field of composite and life insurance and coach them

You have a successfully completed training as a merchant/wife for insurance and finance, bank merchant/wife or a comparable qualification You have knowledge of the products of the private and commercial composite and life insurance of the Sparkassen financial group You bring a strong service, sales strength and a high interest in digital working with You have very good communicative and analytical skills as well as self-initiative and self-organization
