You develop and provide comprehensive training materials and programs that meet the requirements of the industry. You guide workshops and training to ensure active participation of participants and promote their learning success. You can evaluate the effectiveness of the training by feedback and performance assessments to enable continuous improvements. You work closely with other trainers to exchange best practices and develop innovative training approaches. You stay up to date with industry trends to ensure that training content is always relevant and effective. You perform needs analysis to tailor training programs to the specific requirements of the target group. You develop online training modules to expand the range and accessibility of our educational opportunities.

You have a successfully completed technical vocational training (e.g. for painter or paint technician) with a further education as a technician or master or a completed technical study. You have comprehensive technical knowledge in one of the areas: building shell (heat insulation composite systems/WDVS, facade paints and plasters) or interior paints and plasters, as well as varnishes and varnishes. You bring solid expertise in the other area that you can develop on-the-job. You ideally have basic knowledge in the field of building protection. Your moderation and presentation skills are very good. This allows you to communicate with users as well as managing directors and decision-makers at eye level. You are open and have an affinity for the use of digital media and the creation of corresponding offers. You are ready to travel for about 80 training days a year and have your seat at our site Enger, Gerstungen or Ober-Ramstadt.
