As a national and international consulting company, we, the engineers of Kocks Consult GmbH, create sustainable solutions in all areas of civil engineering. Among other things, we plan and monitor new, re-, and extension projects of federal highways, which are often construction volumes of several 100 mills. and on which different disciplines (internal and external) participate. The project team shall apply the working methods described in the “Masterplan BIM Bundesfernstraße” project-specific.

Your tasks include: Processing and updating of the cross-company BIM technical coordination as well as advice on the implementation of the BIM methodology including the IT-based model evaluation Contact persons of the internal and external project teams as part of the interface function and in the creation of BAP’s Contact person for technical BIM topics during the planning and, if necessary, at the construction site Quality assurance of coordination models and BIM specialist models Internal guidance of the project teams and, if necessary, implementation of internal BIM training and coordination of necessary external training

Successfully completed civil engineering studies or corresponding multi-year successful practical skills in the field of transport infrastructure projects Experience in the development of BIM projects with regard to design, model testing and collaboration in the role of the BIM (total) coordinator. Preferably analogous to the standards of the frame documents of the BMV Safe handling of IFC viewers, coordination software and the combination of specialist models including evaluation and issue management Experience in the creation and application of scripts for model evaluations as part of the BIM technical or overall coordination (e.g. Desite / VDC Manager or BIM-collab) Experience in the use of common data environments (CDE) (e.g. ACC, EPLASS) Very good German (at least C1 level) and good English knowledge in word and writing Working independently Good presentation and communication skills
