Experience the serial modernization market and bring new insights into our developments Develop modular solutions for serial modernization with industrial approach while constantly identifying development and scaling potentials Control the team from internal and external experts to achieve standardized construction processes, designs and details Bring independent and solution-oriented thinking and action in the field of the interaction of building products of the building envelope into development Responsible for the creation and compliance of our project and framework schedules Presentation and discussion of development results

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering Interest and first experience in industrial construction Vocational training in civil engineering desirable F&E experience in the field of refurbishment or wood panel construction or facade construction is available Experience in handling with the DIBt desirable Technology affinity and fun to advance creative & innovative approaches in a project team with start-up mentality High commitment and loadability, good problem-solving behavior, motivation, team and target orientation High communication skills and good German and English skills in word and writing
