E-Learning Consultant - L&D / Consulting / Project Management (m/f/d)

Customer Success: As a reliable partner and experienced consultant for digital learning in the company, you take our customers to your fingertips: you bring your training scenarios to fly, ensure long-term success and keep the scenarios at the heart of time. Consulting: You are a competent contact person when it comes to the central questions in the Learning & Development: In this role, you capture the challenges of our customers and advise them on individual L&D questions. You can independently and proactively develop innovative solutions that fully meet the needs of customers and their target groups. Conception: You immerse yourself in the world of our customers, quickly and concisely captures their L&D goals and develop concepts to achieve these goals efficiently. From the strategic framework concept to guidelines for online and blended learning to implementation templates, you cover the entire concept portfolio. Project Management: As a project manager, you are responsible for all phases of the project of the operational creators and our customers: from acquisition and kick-off to concept development and reality check to the development of training media and the rollout of the training platform. You coordinate the stakeholders and proactively control the parameters that contribute to the success of the project.

Your background: You have completed studies in the field of communication/media sciences, organizational development/change management or comparable and have at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of learning & development. Your interest in web applications, technical innovation and developments in industry completes your profile. Empathic advice: You bring experiences in consulting and in collaboration with industrial customers and have a special sense for people and their expectations. In doing so, you will burn yourself into the world of customers and their individual projects. Communication talent: Communication is your horse. You communicate proactively and empathically, you are passionate about text and are stylistic in German and English. Structured & proactive work: You convince us by your project management skills, your own responsibility and an efficient and reliable working style. You always keep the goal in mind, convince by your pronounced hand-on mentality and proactively. Faible for technical topics: You are characterized by a high understanding, strong technical understanding and the ability to quickly incorporate yourself into new topics. Understanding complex relationships is easy for you.
