As Finance Advisor (m/w/d) You will take over our 13-member financial accounting team and you will take over key tasks in debitor accounting as well as in creditor accounting (also part-time with 25-30 hours per week). Creditor accounting: collection, auditing and booking of input invoices, coordination with suppliers, clarification of differences and timing payments Debitor accounting: processing of incoming payments, customer account maintenance, dunning Springer activity in financial accounting to ensure a smooth process Reporting: Support for the creation of legal reports, timely submission and communication with authorities Subsidiary charges: Examination and settlement of further charges, preparation of corresponding accounting and documentation of transactions Maintenance of settlement accounts: coordination and verification of internal settlement accounts, ensuring proper accounting and processing of differences

You have a completed professional training or a comparable qualification Finding experiences in financial accounting as well as a safe handling of SAP You are characterized by an analytical and independent mode of operation and have a pronounced communication capability Good knowledge of English in word and writing complete your profile
