Commercial building management is responsible for the care and management of the property stock used by the association. Then get yourself in: You will keep an overview: maintenance, repair, renovation and modernization measures of the nationwide stock of predominantly commercial real estate are planned, carried out and monitored by you. You are in exchange with externals: You take over the communication, monitoring and control of external specialist engineers and service providers. You always work carefully: The project controlling and monitoring of the object-specific budgets of all locations, as well as the auditing of invoices and costs are in your best hands. Your expertise is in demand: You introduce your know-how in reporting as well as in creating monthly and annual reports.

Education: You bring a completed degree in architecture / civil engineering or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience. Experience: You have several years of professional experience and ideally experience in dealing with commercial objects. Knowledge: You bring very good knowledge to MS Office as well as understanding economic relationships. Personality: You are characterized by your targeted thinking and acting, a high degree of self-initiative and a pronounced communication and organizational capability.
