Maintenance and repair work: maintenance work carried out on our buildings and maintenance and repair of external installations. Renovations and repairs: independent execution of renovation work in the interior as well as repairs of all kinds. Painting and painting: Professional execution of painting and painting works, both indoor and outdoor. Maintenance of outdoor facilities: responsibility for the care and cleaning of outdoor facilities, walking paths and parking spaces to ensure a clean and well maintained environment. Garden and landscape care: care of the green areas, shrubs and plantings to enhance the external appearance. Participation in the development of an inclusive workplace: shaping and developing an inclusive working environment that promotes teamwork and equal opportunities.

Complete craftsmanship or technical training: Ideally as a painter, master/in, garden and landscape maker, plant mechanic or in a similar profession. Visitors are welcome: Professional beginners or cross-enterers with practical experience in the field of home technology, building services or garden care are also welcome. Practical enthusiasm: pleasure in practical work in the craft sector as well as in garden and landscape construction – with a good sense of order, cleanliness and technical processes. Self-employment & problem-solving skills: Reliable, independent and solution-oriented working in the implementation of tasks and projects. Team spirit & empathy: friendly appearance, team skills and sensitivity in dealing with people with and without need for shelter. Good knowledge of German: Secure knowledge of German in word and writing to communicate effectively in the team and with our partners.
