Design the future of SIMon mobile and Otelo with us!

You love challenges, keep an overview in dynamic situations and want to drive data-based decisions? Then, as a senior business analyst, actively shape the strategic development of our SIMon mobile and otelo brands.

In this role, you take responsibility for the data base, its evaluation and the derivation of recommendations for action for marketing, sales and product development in the mobile segment for mid- and low-value customers. You implement your own projects - e.g. for the automation and visualization of data - and work closely with interdisciplinary teams.

What awaits you:

• As a senior business analyst (m/w/d), you are responsible for the analysis of marketing measures and proposition extensions based on a single CRM system and provide data-based recommendations for the further development of SIMon mobile and otelo brands
• You deliver strategic, data-based recommendations for the further development of SIMon mobile and otelo brands and align them with your management and internal interfaces such as controlling and commercial management.
• You start forecasts, plan budgets and monitor performance management.
• You conduct independent projects in cooperation with internal cross-functional teams such as the Data Engineering, the Digital Analytics Team or Big Data/AI teams of the Vodafone Group.
• You develop automated data streams as a help to support the operational teams by creating data structures within the Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services and by using Google Looker Studio.
• You opt for digital touchpoints and control an external service provider to manage Javascript tags on the websites.
• You are responsible for the web analytics tasks for the two brands, starting from a clean data delivery to the analytics tool to the creation of reports, e.g. for permanent traffic analyses or onsite A/B tests.

What distinguishes you:

• A successfully completed study, at best with analytical or data-related focus.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience. *Finded knowledge in data analysis, especially in SQL and Excel.
• Basic knowledge of Python, Airflow, Web Analytics and Digital Marketing are desirable.
• Embossed, clean data understanding and pragmatic targeted thinking.
• Excellent conceptual skills, analytical and strategic thinking as well as team skills and quality awareness.
• Self-employed, structured working and high solution orientation
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to render complex facts understandable.
• Very good English knowledge in word and writing (C1 to GER).

This body can be exercised in fulltime or full-time part-time (min. 30 hours).
