Head of Production (m/f/d)

Technical and disciplinary management of production (active material production and aseptic filling) Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (FDA/EU GMP, Annex 1). A smooth operation of the production facilities including qualification, maintenance and validation is guaranteed by you. Designing the production area, the SOP landscape and the GMP organization as part of the new building project. Planning and control of production in close coordination with adjacent areas such as QM, QC, technology, purchasing and distribution. Leadership, motivation and qualification of a team of around 60 employees. Active monitoring of audits and continuous development of quality and efficiency. Ensuring compliance with all relevant GMP and EHS requirements Budget responsibility

Completion of High Schools (e.g. Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy), ideally with PhD or comparable qualification At least 10 years of experience in GMP-compliant production of biotechnological active ingredients and sterile products, including audit and inspection experience. Proven leadership experience in managing employees and teams for at least 8 years Experience in the qualification of plants and in the validation of production processes. Experience in the construction, transfer or extension of biopharmaceutical production areas is a plus Strong communication skills, decision-making pleasure, hands-on mentality and structured work behaviour Entrepreneurial thinking, a structured way of working and experience in project management. Very good German (CEF C2) and English (CEF B2).
