Disposition and processing of shipping orders to third countries by fixing of shipping type, packaging type, scope of delivery Creation of export documents on shipments including country and customer specifications Avization of shipments in freight forwarders as well as the disposition of cargo space within the prescribed framework Collection of freight offers settlement of customs formalities in compliance with business, country, and customer-specific regulations Examination of proof of origin and production of certificates of origin Processing of accreditive and related export documents in German and English as well as coordination with service providers Monitoring of order processing according to time and time Voting with involved departments

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) First professional experience in the field of shipping and/or export Good MS Office knowledge; AEB nXt and SAP knowledge desirable Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Sovereign handling of time-critical orders Teamability and proactive operation
