We are responsible for raising our IT strategy to life: from concept and development to efficient implementation. The ITR division is responsible, along with the overarching corporate IT strategy, the global enterprise architecture, our software & platform strategy and has the global SAP leadership. In our highly-motivated team, you will join our IT strategy at the front and contribute to the digital transformation of the company. You help shape and implement our strategic key lever, such as Tech Front Runner. Your curiosity and commitment are in demand to make our IT landscape sustainable and strengthen our leading position in the automotive industry. You support us both in our operational and strategic projects so that a variety of exciting tasks and responsibilities await you. These are your tasks and challenges: Immerse yourself in the world of IT strategy and support us in research and analysis of innovative methods, standards and tools that raise our IT strategy to the next level You take responsibilities in the further development and implementation of our target process based on OKRs You help us in developing and implementing innovative change management formats and you are happy to sample them with colleagues from different IT areas You support the planning, organisation and implementation of internal events, develop innovative formats together with the team and coordinate different aspects of the events You support the team in day-to-day business and gather comprehensive practical experience, for example in corporate communication or in the preparation, implementation and refurbishment of professional workshops As an active member of our IT strategy team, you will be involved in the development of concepts (for example for a KPI dashboard) and take responsibility for specific tasks Last but not least: You have the opportunity to get to know many (international) colleagues and build your business network A highly motivated team with exciting tasks is looking forward to you! Current university studies in a relevant field such as business informatics, business management or similar discipline. First practical experience (e.g. internships, student work), ideally in a similar area Communication talent enjoys developing strategies and concepts for different target groups (up to the top management level) and for different communication channels Specific background knowledge in the areas of strategy development, OKR control, event management experience and/or change management of advantage Safe handling of MS Office, Mural and Jira desirable German and English skills Proactive and structured working, ability to prioritize different tasks and to work joy in a team To further develop a desire in a dynamic environment, a high self-initiative and no fear of designing topics independently Creativity and innovation Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
