Senior Safety Engineer (m/f/d)

Own-responsibility of and in demanding projects (in time, budget and quality) as well as takeover of work package responsibility and coordination of services in the areas of occupational safety incl. Fire protection (e.g. analyses or consulting services) and product safety for mainly military systems Coordination of multiple work packages at the same time and support in the utilization control Implementation of risk assessments and cooperation in the production of designs of fire protection concepts and explosion protection documents on military systems, including in the international environment, cooperation in the production of ergonomics analyses, the creation of risk assessments and standards research, and the implementation of counselling services on these topics, consultation of work results and solutions with the client Coordination of EU conformity activities within projects Further development of processes and templates for optimizing work processes and results in the areas of work safety incl. Fire protection/explosion protection and product safety as performance for customers Support in the technical development of the software solutions for the field of occupational safety (Softwaretool OSIMA) Specialized support for the strategic expansion of services in the areas of occupational safety including Fire/Explosion Protection and Product Safety as Performance for Customers Support in offering creation and independent creation of technical components (performance description, effort assessment) for performance in the areas of occupational safety incl. Fire protection Product safety and professional sales support Quality assurance of internal and external performance

Complete technical studies or a comparable qualification Multiannual, relevant professional experience in the field of product safety and occupational safety (including risk assessments) in the military environment Additional qualification as a specialist in occupational safety Experience and knowledge in EU conformity processes, training for CE coordinator Extensive, well-founded knowledge of relevant legal regulations, standards and guidelines Knowledge of fire protection Ready to acquire new topics knowledge of explosion protection Experiences in ergonomics analyses and the development of human design of products (relative to ergonomics) Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Analytical conceptual thinking, goal- and solution-oriented thinking and good skills in presentation and presentation Service orientation, counselling and communication strength Joy in team collaboration German and fluent knowledge of English in word and writing The readiness for occasional missions is assumed.
