Service requirements, SLAs and Changes keep you in mind and ensure a long-term high service quality. In communication with internal and external customers, service providers and IT areas, you clarify relationships, impacts and solutions clearly and understandably. Service reviews, escalation management as well as the care and development of processes and service documentation are of course yours.

Complete training in the IT environment (e.g. specialist:in or IT system businessman) or comparable studies or relevant professional experience in service management Multiannual experience in managing infrastructure and application services, ideally complemented by ITIL and/or PRINCE2 certifications Secure handling of ITSM suites as well as ITSM/ESM frameworks and common tools such as Confluence, SharePoint and MS Office Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing, ideally complemented by experience in the public sector Personally, we particularly like your safe occurrence, your independent and structured way of working and your strong sense of responsibility in the provision of our services
