As a highly local operating company, we are looking for an Associate Director (m/w/d) – Land / Residential in Munich to strengthen our team.

Acquisition, structuring and implementation of Land / Residential Capital Markets transactions Advising national and international investors, project developers and stockholders in the purchase and sale of development land and residential real estate projects Own control of sales data including market analysis, pricing, due diligence and contract negotiations Creation of marketing and investment documents (Teaser, Information Memoranda, Financial Models) Management of tender procedures and coordination of external consultants (legal attorneys, tax advisors, technical experts) Active development and maintenance of a resilient network to investors, developers and financing partners Support for the strategic expansion of the business unit and mentoring younger team members Close cooperation with adjacent business areas (Valuation, Investment, Leasing, Research)

Complete study of real estate, business, economics, architecture or a comparable qualification Several years of experience in the real estate industry with extensive knowledge and a deep understanding of the Munich real estate market Founded market knowledge in residential and property segments A large network of investors, project developers and family offices that you actively use and expand in your role routine in the placement of real estate as well as experience with complex sales processes (e.g. multi-stage, structured tender procedures) Detectional transaction experience and pronounced negotiating strength Strategic thinking as well as the ability to market and object analysis and forecast to create sales concepts and market-oriented price recommendations German and English knowledge in word and writing
