Your future tasks with us:

• 50% of the time taken over the activities of the Quality Representative, 50% of the activity as a nurse

• Review of care documentation with regard to quality-relevant formal defects

• Regular information of all employees on the current state of quality in the institution

• Continuing and continuing training planning, staff training

• Preventive measures to avoid quality deficits

• coordination and monitoring of quality-assurance measures

• Implementation of digital care documentation and planning

• Complaint management

• Advising residents and their relatives on matters of care

Ideally, you should bring:

• you have completed training in nursing: as a nurse, nursing caregiver, health caregiver, nurse/career, nurse/career, nurse/career or comparable qualification
