Project manager for construction and building technology in hotels (m/f/d)

You organize hotel renovation projects as well as technical and structural maintenance and modernization projects and ensure their smooth implementation. You coordinate internal and external parties on behalf of the owners in close cooperation with engineering offices, architects, specialist planners and the hotel operators. You assist in tendering, awarding and billing of commissioned services. You carry out object inspections to check the state of the building and the safety and building systems and fire protection. You handle insurance damage and ensure efficient and appropriate handling. You take over the property control and monitoring obligations and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

You have a completed university or technical college degree in the field of civil engineering, architecture, technical building equipment or facility management – alternatively you can bring a comparable qualification or relevant professional experience. You have proven professional experience in the field of hotel construction or hotel renovation and know the special requirements of the hotel industry. You have been active in construction sites and have practical experience in implementing projects on site. You have a strong technical understanding and can quickly capture complex technical relationships. You are characterized by a rapid understanding, an analytical way of thinking and a solution-oriented way of working. You work independently and at the same time team-oriented and convince through negotiation skills and enforcement capability. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. SAP knowledge is advantageous. They're bringing a readiness to travel.
