Your mission – diversity instead of unity As a construction manager TGA (w/m/d), you actively design our versatile construction projects in high and industrial construction – with a focus on the technical building equipment – specializing in heating, ventilation and sanitation or electrical engineering. Construction site manager TGA – You take responsibility for the technical building equipment at our construction sites, in particular for the HLSK and/or electrical plants. Coordinator & efficiency drivers – You ensure the optimal preparation and implementation of all construction processes around the HLSKE plants, coordinate the execution planning together with external specialist planners and ensure compliance with technical and legal frameworks according to VOB. Quality expert – you coordinate and run construction partners and suppliers, monitor the assembly and completion of all building systems, accompany the acceptances and commissioning and secure the construction site result. Security & Sustainability – You consistently respect work security and environmental regulations and, together with our teams, drive the digitalization and BIM applications at the construction site.

What we wish: Fachlich versiert – Complete studies in the field of supply and electrical engineering, civil engineering or a comparable qualification as a technician (w/m/d) or master (w/m/d). Industriekenner & durchstarter – You have experience in the technical building equipment (HLSKE), ideally in the construction line, or you want to get through properly after first practical experience. Digital affinity & Future-oriented – You are fit in Microsoft Office, construction-specific applications and CAD programs, ideally iTWO and Revit, and have a good understanding of BIM methods. You have very good knowledge of German and have good English skills or are motivated to further develop them.
