Hairdresser (m/f/d)

We are looking for a hairdresser that creates fantastic haircuts and hairstyles for our customers.

One of the tasks of the hairdresser is to cut hair using simple and advanced techniques, to advise clients on hairstyles and colors and to apply hair care products such as oils or cures. If you have experience in cutting short and long hair and are up to date with regard to styling trends, we would like to get to know you.

Tasks

• Welcome customers and learn their preferences through targeted questions
• recommend hairstyles and haircuts that fit the face shape and taste of the customers
• Wash, rinse and dry the hair of the customers with suitable shampoos and conditioners (e.g. for oily hair or a dry scalp).
• Cut, cut and shave hair with professional devices
• Use an extensive range of hair dyeing techniques, such as reflexes, ombré and Balayage
• Hairstyles for formal occasions and everyday looks, including pots, horsetails and chignons
• Apply hair care products as required (e.g. color protection cream, moisturizing masks)
• Building a good relationship with loyal customers and remembering their hairstyle preferences
• Book dates and serve customers
• Ensure a clean chair and sterilize tools as needed
• Selling complementary products or services if they are suitable

= Requirements

• Professional experience as a hairdresser, fashion stylist, colorist or in a similar position
• knowledge of hair smoothing and curling techniques using smoothing irons and curling curlers
• Practical experience with various dyeing techniques
• knowledge of a variety of haircuts suitable for all hair lengths (e.g. pots and chignons)
• Confidence with products and services for hair cures, for example keratin treatment for smooth, shiny hair
• Keep up to date with regard to industry developments
• Excellent communication skills
• Physical stamina to stand for many hours
• Flexibility for shiftwork, working hours can be agreed individually with the employer
