Technical asset management: In your new position, you assume the strategic responsibility for the technical management of a real estate portfolio. Building contractor: In addition, the performance of the contractor's tasks in the case of rent-raising and remodeling, as well as maintenance measures, in cooperation with external service providers, belongs to your area of responsibility. Object optimization & cost-benefit analysis – you support the asset manager in creating cost-effectiveness calculations for object optimization. Budget Planning & Forecast Management – You have fun at the annual action and cost planning at object level including periodic forecast. Service provider control – Last but not least, you take over the control of the technical and infrastructure service providers at the object level.

You bring a study of architecture or civil engineering (possibly with additional real estate training, e.g. real estate economics). You have at least three to five years of professional experience in the field of technical and construction property management. You convince us with your experience in the cooperation and control of external service providers. You have deeper knowledge in MS Office, knowledge in SAP are beneficial. You are very dedicated, responsive to communication and are happy to work in the team. Your mindset includes a high degree of flexibility and the ability to target your tasks even in moving project phases.
