Quality Manager Shoes & Accessories (m/f/d)

Limited for about 1.5 years Design the quality of our shoes and accessories as a quality manager* and develop them along the entire product life cycle. You are responsible for optimizing fit and processing in an agile environment with flat hierarchies. Your job You take responsibility for quality development along the product life cycle. Here you are on fitting and fit topics, return rates and processing in constant exchange with the relevant interfaces. Your contribution You are constantly developing the shoes & accessories in fit, quality & processing. These include the production of shoe drawings for paper patterns for production as well as knowledge in cutting technology. Your work is based on return analyses that can also be supported by AI. Your environment With us there are flat hierarchies and you are also with the management via you. In addition, close cooperation with your interfaces, such as Product Management, Sourcing or Compliance Team, is possible. Your team includes eight Product Managers and Assistant to Product Managers, from the range of accessories and shoes with which you are closely tuned. You have the opportunity to help shape the change of the company (e.g. through project work).

Your skills You have a well-founded knowledge of shoe technology and cutting technology and you know the course of a shoe production. You know the different materials for shoes & accessories. You have sound analytical skills and have a high degree of organizational ability. You speak very good English and ideally fluent German. In addition, you are open to focusing more on AI tools and using them for your work. Your softskills You are open to new topics, have a high level of willingness to change and fun on the network.
