For our well-known customer in Crailsheim we are looking for a HR Business Partner / Personnel Officer (m/w/d) in full-time or part-time.

As HR Business Partner / Personalreferent (m/w/d) consult and control all HR activities in the assigned responsibility area across all hierarchy levels Continuous development of personal care to a modern and accepted HR Business Partner, which recognizes in time and develops organizational and process solutions You use all HR instruments, methods and guidelines effectively and work closely with the Centers of Expertise and HR Shared Service Organisation Continuous development of HR processes, instruments and systems as well as the cooperation of international HR projects and active support of change processes

Successfully completed studies or vocational training with personal economic orientation Multiannual professional experience in human resources management Experience in the application of modern HR instruments see solid knowledge in the right to work, collective bargaining and enterprise Very good MS Office application skills SAP knowledge would be desirable Very good English knowledge of word and writing High social and consulting skills, safe sovereign appearance at all hierarchical levels and convince communication skills An event-oriented and structured way of working, a strong will to design, conflictability and enthusiasm at HR work

We pay a collective salary and if necessary Industry supplements, holiday and Christmas money as well as shift supplements according to the GVP tariff agreement.
