They are pioneering in the introduction and commissioning of the high-availability PostgreSQL database environment (with Patroni) for our internal and external customers, including: Planning and designing the introduction and application of new PostgreSQL database products/plugins and creating the corresponding documentation for their use Programming tools/scripts for automation (with Ansible, Artifactory and Gitlab) of tasks in the database environment (for example installation tasks, logbook creation, housekeeping) Own support and initiation of laboratory and test positions of PostgreSQL products (for example Proof of Concept of new products and versions, testing of scripts) Regular patching of our PostgreSQL products
