You assume the overall operational responsibility for the areas Housekeeping Kitchen Restaurant Reception Household technology and guide the respective departmental lines aim-oriented and value-estimating. The administration remains the responsibility of the management.

In addition to ongoing operations, a special focus of your activity is on the analysis, optimization and reorganization of our operations. You create clear structures, define responsibilities, develop standards and ensure efficient cooperation between all teams.

As a host personality, you represent DIE GAMS to our guests and ensure that service quality, cordiality and hospitality are lived at the highest level at all times.
