Establishment, development and operation of a central multi-tenant platform based on a shared enterprise-Kubernetes cluster Responsibility for the operation and optimization of central platform components such as Kubernetes, Ceph, RabbitMQ, Istio and corresponding logging and monitoring solutions Development and maintenance of Kubernetes operators and other automation solutions in Golang Ensuring a highly automated platform operation based on infrastructure-as-code and GitOps principles Evaluation of new technologies and continuous development of platform architecture Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and definition of best practices Promoting cross-departmental knowledge sharing and support for the areas of expertise in the use of the platform

Complete study of computer science, IT training or comparable qualification Insufficient experience in the construction, operation and administration of Enterprise-Kubernetes clusters Funded knowledge in Infrastructure as Code and in automation with Terraform, Ansible and in CI/CD and GitOps methods Practical know-how in the field of observability, in particular with metrics, logging and tracing, as well as knowledge in the field of confidential containers Practical experience with virtual and bare metal infrastructures as well as with container storage solutions, ideally Ceph Good programming or scripting skills in Python, Golang or Bash as well as very good network skills (Routing, NAT, Firewalls, VLANs) Representative communication skills in German and English, at least B2 level
